Your home away from home

Creating a relaxed and supportive space at Therapywell

We welcome you to step into our space, where we hope you’ll feel the warmth and homeliness wrap around you. Come in, kick off your shoes, and make a soothing cuppa or choose something else from the wide selection of teas, drinks, and snacks. Feel free to make yourself at home. Water the plants (if you’re so inclined), get lost in play, or read a book while you wait… allow yourself a few minutes to pause, breathe deeply and just be.

Clients have told us we have “ the most comfortable practice they've ever been to”, which makes us so happy! We hope our care and commitment to our practice are shown in how we've created the space - because it's for you!

Three women smiling and laughing together in an outdoor setting, with one woman wearing a large hat and a sunny background.

At Therapywell, we don't just see you; we understand the uniqueness of your journey and its many challenges.

Our experience in both the public and private sectors has provided us with a sound an integrated knowledge of holistic and person centred practice. We’ve learned a lot through our roles in diverse settings. By combining the best of both, we hope to create a unique space where you can feel welcomed, seen, heard and supported across various Allied Health therapies, delivering better outcomes through true collaboration— with you, our team, and those who support you.

We believe your best outcomes are achieved when we all work as a single team (that includes you and your supports, because you are the most important part of that team).

  • We prioritise Allied Health therapy and support that builds connection through compassion, collaboration, and clear communication.

  • We champion mental health and celebrate neurodiversity, providing a nurturing haven for adults, children, youth, parents, carers, and families alike.

  • We work towards positive long-term outcomes rather than just focusing on crisis management.

Therapywell is more than a clinic; it's your partner in building capacity, capability, and competence.

We hope that, within our clinic's sanctuary, every voice will find strength, every challenge may be transformed into a stepping stone, and every individual will be empowered to transcend from surviving to truly thriving.
