Hello, I’m Jack,

I’m a registered psychologist with a special interest in working with adolescents. I’m passionate about creating safe, engaging spaces where young people feel understood and supported. I take a strengths-based approach to my work, which helps me build strong therapeutic relationships and enhance engagement — especially with clients who may have had tricky experiences with services in the past.

I provide evidence-based psychological assessments for a range of neurodevelopmental conditions, including autism, ADHD, and learning differences. These assessments help young people and their families better understand their strengths and challenges, and guide recommendations across home, school, and community settings.

I also facilitate Therapywell’s Therapeutically Applied Dungeons & Dragons (TA-DnD) groups, which allow young people to connect, grow, and practise social-emotional skills in a fun and creative way.
