    I’m an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Art Psychotherapist with a special interest in developmental and family mental health. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families who are experiencing the effects of grief, loss, trauma, parenting stress, and emotional or behavioural difficulties. I work from a warm, relational, and creative approach that combines talk therapy and art-based methods to help people explore experiences that can sometimes feel too complex for words.
