Hello, I’m Freya,

I’m part of the Client Care Team at Therapywell, here to help guide and support you throughout your journey with us. I am passionate about creating a warm, understanding, and approachable experience for every client, and I aim to make each interaction feel supportive, clear, and reassuring.

I draw on my university studies in Psychological Sciences, as well as my own lived experience navigating the mental healthcare system, to better understand the challenges that can come from seeking support.

I have a strong interest in developmental psychology and neuroscience, and I enjoy learning about how people grow, adapt, and make sense of their experiences across the lifespan.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll often find me quite literally upside down spending my weekends practicing trapeze.

You'll find me at our Upper Mount Gravatt clinic on Mondays and Fridays, and I’m always here to help with bookings or any questions you may have.
