THERAPYWELL— ALLIED HEALTH THERAPY AND SUPPORT

We’re redefining the holistic therapy experience

Building connection through compassion, collaboration, and clear communication.

Holistic Psychology, Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology (and more) for individuals and their supports.

You deserve to be seen, heard and supported

Together, we can work through and overcome much, possibly more than you can imagine.

Nothing beats the feeling that you’ve finally found the support you need; that’s why we’re working really hard to create a space in which you can feel like you’ve finally found people who get it— your people. And we do.

At Therapywell, we don't just see you; we understand the uniqueness of your journey and its many challenges.

Our experience in both the public and private sectors has helped us see the good, the bad, and the ugly. We’ve learned a lot. By combining the best of both, we hope to create a unique space where you can feel welcomed, seen, heard and supported across various Allied Health therapies, delivering better outcomes through true collaboration— with you, our team, and those who support you.

  • We believe your best outcomes are achieved when we all work as a single team (that includes you and your supports, because you are the most important part of that team).

  • We prioritise Allied Health therapy and support that builds connection through compassion, collaboration, and clear communication.

  • We champion mental health and celebrate neurodiversity, providing a nurturing haven for adults, children, youth, parents, carers, and families alike.

  • We work towards positive long-term outcomes rather than just focusing on crisis management.

Therapywell is more than a clinic; it's your partner in building capacity, capability, and competence.

We hope that, within our clinic's sanctuary, every voice will find strength, every challenge may be transformed into a stepping stone, and every individual will be empowered to transcend from surviving to truly thriving.

Creating a relaxed and supportive space at TherapyWell

Your home away from home

Clients have told us we have “ the most comfortable practice they've ever been to”, which makes us so happy! We hope our care and commitment to our practice are shown in how we've created the space - because it's for you! 😊

We welcome you to step into our space, where we hope you’ll feel the warmth and homeliness wrap around you. Come in, kick off your shoes, and make a soothing cuppa or choose something else from the wide selection of teas, drinks, and snacks. Feel free to make yourself at home. Water the plants (if you’re so inclined), get lost in play, or read a book while you wait… allow yourself a few minutes to pause, breathe deeply and just be.

Are you ready to feel seen, heard and supported?

We’re here to hold hope when you can’t hold it yourself.

Call us to arrange a consultation with one of our mental health professionals.

Not sure which therapy is right for you - no worries! Our team is here to support you, from identifying what support you need to getting your appointments organised.

Our Approach

Therapywell promotes a collaborative, strengths-based approach to assist children, youth, adults, families and systems to reach their potential.

We seek to:

  • Provide you and those you care about with meaningful and holistic understanding and support.

  • Treat the whole person rather than a diagnosis and focus on strengths in diversity.

  • Provide a warm and nurturing service where you feel accompanied on your journey.

  • Provide the various types of support you may need in one familiar and welcoming space.

  • Create meaningful and purposeful therapeutic relationships.
