Clinical Psychologist

⦿ Doctorate of Clinical Psychology

Hello, I’m Sabrina,

I’m a Clinical Psychologist. I work with individuals, couples, and families, of all ages with various needs, offering my skills in Mental Health and sharing my interests in attachment, developing Self and Personality, psychological assessments, and relationships across their lifespan. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to the unique needs of each individual or family I work with.

I am a certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi) practitioner and provide evidence-based support for people experiencing ongoing sleep difficulties. CBTi works to address the thoughts, behaviours, and patterns that contribute to insomnia, to help develop healthier and more sustainable sleep habits.

With well over a decade of experience as a clinical psychologist, I have trained in a variety of approaches, utilising an integrative framework to guide my collaboration ensuring it is both evidence-informed and person-centred.

I value co-creating a safe, reflective space that is defined by Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity & Empathy, to explore and form new and adaptive meaning of your significant experiences.

I appreciate being able to support my clients to be empowered and effective in their journey towards the change they seek to achieve in their lives, while also journeying inward to cultivate keener Self awareness, and thus, develop a fuller and more fulfilled sense of Self.

Sabrina is also a Board approved Clinical Registrar Program principal supervisor.
