Hello, I’m Ania
I’m an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and EMDRAA Accredited EMDR Practitioner, passionate about helping people process and heal from some of the most painful experiences of their lives and reconnect with themselves. This commitment is at the heart of my work.
I support adolescents and adults who are experiencing the impact of recent or past trauma, including PTSD and Complex PTSD, childhood trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and major life challenges. I use evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches, including EMDR Therapy (EMDR 1.0 and EMDR 2.0), adapted to each person’s unique experiences and needs.

I have a particular passion for supporting first responders and their families, recognising the unique pressures and cumulative trauma associated with emergency service roles and family life.
I offer both face-to-face and telehealth appointments and am experienced in delivering EMDR therapy online using the WeMind Platform for safe and effective EMDR telehealth sessions.
Fluent in English and Polish, I also provide culturally sensitive bilingual therapy.
