Occupational Therapist

I’m an Occupational Therapist who works primarily with teenagers and adults navigating neurodivergence, mental health, and life’s many transitions. I’m especially passionate about supporting Autistic and ADHD individuals, including those diagnosed later in life, to better understand themselves and create lives that feel more manageable, meaningful, and authentic. I value creating a space where people feel safe to show up exactly as they are, without judgement, pressure, or needing to “mask” who they are.

My approach is neuroaffirming, trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that therapy should feel human. Sessions are often filled with problem-solving, reflection, humour, honesty, and working together to figure out what actually helps.
