Support Mentor and Therapy Assistant
I am a support mentor and Therapy Assistant, my experience as a student of psychology has led me to valuing confidential support through practice. I am strongly committed to maintaining professionalism whilst building genuine, trusting relationships, ensuring that each person I work with feels safe, respected, and understood.
My focus is on a client centred approach, I value helping others grow with confidence and clarity by creating a safe encouraging space where others feel heard and respected. I’m here to help in any way I can, whether that means organising a tight schedule, building healthy habits, or even just having someone alongside you to the gym, I will work my hardest to ensure that we can tackle it together. I believe progress is different for everyone, and will work consistently and collaboratively to ensure we can take on challenges in a way that works for you.
Outside of work and uni, I love getting active, with gym, social football, and running being my main outlets. Aside from this, I also love movies, and could talk about them for hours.
